Ö Bio Impedence Analysis Wk 1 & Wk5 – this tells me EXACTLY what you are losing; fat, water, or muscle, to ensure you are losing fat.
Ö Food Scale – Many times clients don’t realize how little we need to eat to get our day’s nutrients. The food scale teaches “portion control”, an essential element of maintaining ideal weight.
Ö Ultralite Manual – This will guide the patient through the weight loss program, it instructs which food will be best for the patient to reach their ideal weight. Additionally, it has many delicious recipes.
Ö Online support – the patient will have access to additional recipes online for every food in the program.
Ö Amino Acid packets – It is essential to weight loss that we maintain the client’s blood sugar at stable levels so not to enter a hypoglycemic state. When blood sugar levels drop, patients become shaky and hungry and will tend to abandon their program.
Ö Weekly Measure (8 places on the body) Neck, Chest, right and left arms, right and left legs, stomach, thighs. This is used to monitor client progress
Ö Weekly Weigh-in – when the client follows the diet carefully, they will be in a state that allows them to preferentially burn fat and spare muscle. Women will lose 1-4 lbs per week, men lose 2-5 lbs per week

Ö Food and allergy sensitivity testing – in the 2nd half of the program, we identify food allergies that may be causing symptoms and inhibiting the patient from maintaining ideal weight.
